Billie is a bright and intelligent girl living with her father following her mother’s death. After yet another argument, she is approached by two mysterious figures, Gregory and Florence, who kidnap her and promise to fulfill her every wish. Both work for Lord Domino, a magician who wants to use the girl to accomplish his plan of world domination. Billie, along with Jordan, one of the other kidnapped children, will try to escape and thwart the magician’s plan. She will be assisted by Johnny Puff, her magical animated puppet.
