Leng Feng is a former fighter of the special task force of the Wolf Warriors, expelled from the army following a quarrel, which is now in Africa to defend commercial ships against pirate attacks. The former soldier thus hides, behind the seemingly carefree life and the excellent integration into the new environment, the pain of the death of his fiancée, killed during a military operation, which finds outlet in what has become his only mission: Revenge on the unknown murderers. The balance in the African country, however, is abruptly broken by a movement of armed insurrection that leads to the outbreak of a civil war.
