Alessio Rinaldi, a young 25-year-old director, is commissioned to write the script for his first film together with Ubaldo Terzani, an accomplished writer of horror novels. Alessio moved to Terzani’s house to start the collaboration. Between the enthusiastic pupil and his elderly teacher, a relationship of dependence and plagiarism of personality is soon established: Ubaldo Terzani gradually reveals his dark side and Alessio is dragged into an increasingly desperate abyss of nightmares and madness.
