At the beginning of the 1930s a young farmer, Antonio Soffiantini, known as Tunin, after the murder of his anarchist friend by the police, went to Rome to kill Benito Mussolini. In Rome he meets Salome, a prostitute who was the girl of an anarchist of the group, she hides him in her brothel. During his stay, Tunin falls in love, reciprocated, with another prostitute, the beautiful Tripolina, to whom he reveals the reason that led him to Rome.
