Minerva Pictures at Bif&st 2026 with 4 films

Minerva Pictures and Filmclub Distribuzione will be among the key players at the Bif&st – Bari International Film Festival, with four titles featured in the official program.
On March 22 at 5:00 PM, A War on Women will be presented in the “Meridiana Competition”, in the presence of director Raha Shirazi, the lead actress, and the screenwriter. The film offers a powerful and timely perspective on the condition of women and the feminist movement in Iran starting from the 1960s. Co-produced by Minerva Pictures.
On March 25 at 8:00 PM, Nel tepore del ballo, the new film by Pupi Avati, produced by Duea with RaiCinema in association with Filmclub Distribuzione, will be screened in the “Rosso di Sera” section, attended by the director and a stellar cast including Massimo Ghini, Isabella Ferrari, and Lina Sastri.
On March 26 at 7:30 PM, Io non ti lascio solo by Fabrizio Cattani will compete in the “Italian Cinema Competition” and will be introduced by the director, the young leads, and actors Giorgio Pasotti and Valentina Cervi. The film brings to the big screen an emotional story about relationships and personal growth. Co-produced by Minerva Pictures.
Finally, on March 28 at 10:30 AM, Lino d’Italia – storia di un itALIENO, produced by Minerva Pictures, will be at the center of a special festival event, featuring the presentation of the Bif&st Arte del Cinema Award to Lino Banfi, who will be in attendance alongside director Marco Spagnoli, celebrating the 90th birthday of one of the most beloved actors of Italian comedy.
During the event, a 30-minute preview of the documentary will be screened.
