During a hot summer in Rome, the lives of three young men cross paths inside a treatment center for behavioral addictions. Dante, a shy and awkward psychology student nearing graduation, finds himself there alongside Pietro, who is required to undergo regular check-ups after once again being caught with marijuana and would rather escape on holiday with his ex-girlfriend. Tiziano, who initially comes across as a tough guy, is in a hurry to deal with what appears to be a crack addiction.

At first glance, the three seem completely incompatible, but they gradually learn to trust one another and face their addictions and insecurities together.
