Minerva Pictures at Il Cinema Ritrovato 2025 in Bologna

We are delighted to announce our participation once again in the prestigious Il Cinema Ritrovato festival in Bologna, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
On this special occasion, we will be accompanying the festival’s focus dedicated to Kleber Mendonça Filho, one of the most powerful and original voices in contemporary cinema.
The acclaimed Brazilian filmmaker will be featured in three unmissable events:
June 24, 6:45 PM – Conversation with Kleber Mendonça Filho at Cinema Modernissimo;
June 25, 9:45 PM – Screening of The Secret Agent, distributed in Italy by Minerva Pictures, at Arena Puccini, followed by a Q&A with the director;
June 29, 9:45 PM – Screening of Bacurau, distributed in Italy by Minerva Pictures, at Piazza Maggiore.
Alongside these events, we will also present a selection of classics and cult films from our catalogue, offering audiences the opportunity to rediscover them on the big screen:
June 19, 9:45 PM – 4K restoration screening of General Della Rovere at Piazza Maggiore;
June 20, 10:00 PM – 4K restoration screening of The Perfume of the Lady in Black at Cinema Europa;
June 22, 5:15 PM – 4K restoration screening of Metti, una sera a cena (Love Circle) at Cinema Europa.
